That depends on the type of backup you do. If you restore from iCloud, no, I don't think so. If you do a phone-to-phone transfer or a full encrypted archive using a computer, then yes. I am on my third iPhone since using RepeaterPhone, and all my favorites have always transferred over when using phone-to-phome when setting up a new device.
