TASMA Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the general membership of TASMA has been
scheduled for more than a year for this Saturday, December 3rd 2011.

At this meeting the membership is scheduled to vote to elect the new
board for 2012.

No newsletter has been sent out and no announcement of the nominated
candidates has been made by the current board.

It is the fundamental obligation of the board to insure the smooth
transition of newly elected officers of the association.

I am concerned that the membership has not been advised as to the
location and time of this Saturdays annual meeting. The bylaws are
specific as to this requirement.

I hope the TASMA board will quickly respond to this over-site and
announce the meeting and it's time and place so that the membership
has ample opportunity to arrange there schedules to attend and
participate.
