to Repairathon

We’re excited to hold our first even clothing repair event at the Toronto Public Library. We’ll be mending clothes on Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the Lillian H. Smith branch (239 College Street). We’re looking for volunteers to lend their sewing, mending and repairing skills for this event. Come for an hour, the morning or the whole event - we’re happy to have you help the community and keep clothes out of the landfill.

Love to help out? Please sign up at app.repairathon.com.

Can’t make it this time? We’ll be at Evergreen Brickworks on Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. as part of the Kids’ World of Energy Festival. Stay tuned for the details and check out repairathon.com for info on all upcoming events through spring and summer.

And if you’d like to host an event in your community, let us know! We’re always looking for spaces and events to host repairathons. Thanks and happy mending!
