Thee-commerce website of AQwaTech BV with registered office at Bevrijdingsweg 18, B-8480 Bekegem, VAT BE 0555.711.515, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its web store online.

Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind AQwaTech BV. AQwaTech BV is as to the accuracy and completeness of the information offered only to a means obligation. AQwaTech BV shall in no case be liable in case of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.


The offer is always valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn by AQwaTech BV at any time. AQwaTech BV cannot be held liable for the unavailability of any product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this shall be expressly stated in the offer.


Below is a description of the ordering process of our web shop. This will briefly and concisely explain the steps you need to take to place an order, how to checkout and the confirmation emails you will receive.


If you wish to checkout your order, first check your products in the shopping cart, adjust quantities if desired, then click Update Cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button. You will now be redirected to the checkout page.


Once we receive payment, the ordered products will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. As soon as the order is shipped, you will also receive an email from us (via sh...@aqwatech.com) with the tracing link so you can track your order.


Risk for loss or damage shall pass to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice had not been offered by the AQwaTech BV.


The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good.


The Customer must return or hand over the goods to AQwaTech BV (Bevrijdingsweg 18, B-8480 Bekegem) without delay, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to AQwaTech BV. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.


AQwaTech BV will refund the Customer using the same means of payment with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer will not be charged for such refund.


Under the Act of September 21, 2004 on the Protection of Consumers in the Sale of Consumer Goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.


If a defect is found, the Customer must notify AQwaTech BV as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 2 months after its discovery. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement shall expire.


The warranty never applies to defects caused by accidents, neglect, falls, use of the item contrary to purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, modifications or alterations to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.


Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if any, delivery, shall be deemed not to be hidden defects, subject to proof to the contrary by the Customer.


Without prejudice to the exercise of any other rights available to AQwaTech BV, in the event of non-payment or late payment, the Customer shall owe interest of 10% per annum on the unpaid amount by operation of law from the date of the default and without notice. In addition, the Customer shall owe, ipso jure and without formal notice, a fixed indemnity of 10% on the amount involved, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.


Failure at any time by AQwaTech BV to enforce any of the rights enumerated in these Terms, or to exercise any right hereunder, shall never be deemed a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of such rights.


All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office. The Consumer can also turn to the ODR platform( ), however, we reserve the right to submit disputes exclusively to the courts.


The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
