Dynamic streaming is doing automatically if i declare multiple
versions of the same stream at different bitrates in the Config file???

Hi Raul,

That's correct. You can turn off the automatic switching by manually
setting the stream to a bitrate. Take a look in the SkinContainer
class at the _onBitrateUp and _onBitrateDown. Manually switching a
bitrate turns of auto switch mode and turns on manual switch mode.

I'm trying to figure this out as well. It takes the first movie listed
in the .xml and doesn't switch without manual switching. It doesn't
care what file I put first 500kbps or 1500kbps it just plays the first
file.

From what I read the REOPS player seems to built for manual dynamic
switching. Is there way to adapt this to auto dynamic switching.

David,

could you please post a sample of the XML you're using for dynamic
streaming, or at least the node that contains the media element? When
there are multiple streams specified for a media element, and your FMS
supports it, the dynamic stream switching should happen automatically
until you manually switch bitrates. Automatic switching is the
default, and manual switching only turns on after the manual controls
are used.
