ECT 4 installation

Dear Member,

I have a problem with installation ECT 4 in Juno Eclipse(latest version), two module "Extensible Automata Tools" and "Reo Core Tools" have been installed successfully but I got these two error message for "Reo/EA Code Generators":

An error occurred while installing the items

session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]org.ect.codegen.reo2constraints 4.0.0.201302200234, action=).

Failed to prepare partial IU: [R]org.ect.codegen.reo2constraints 4.0.0.201302200234.

and for "Reo Conversion Tools (BPEL, UML-SD, UML-AD)":

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software currently installed: Reo Conversion Tools (BPEL, UML-SD, UML-AD) 4.0.0.201302200235 (org.ect.convert.feature.feature.group 4.0.0.201302200235)

Missing requirement: UML Activity Diagrams to Reo Converter 4.0.0.201302200235 (org.ect.convert.umlad2reo 4.0.0.201302200235) requires 'bundle org.eclipse.uml2.uml 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Cannot satisfy dependency:

From: Reo Conversion Tools (BPEL, UML-SD, UML-AD) 4.0.0.201302200235 (org.ect.convert.feature.feature.group 4.0.0.201302200235)

To: org.ect.convert.umlad2reo [4.0.0.201302200235]

But I have still those problems, I think  at least for "Reo/EA Code Generators" we do not need any BPMN2Reo converter which is discussed in your mentioned URL, error says "Failed to prepare partial IU: [R]org.ect.codegen.reo2constraints 4.0.0.201302200234.".

Hi Alireza,

I just tried it out and did not run into any problems. I selected the Reo core tools, the EA tools, and the Reo/EA code generation (not the converters feature). I did not have any problems installing it. I am running Eclipse Juno -- I think it is the Modeling Distribution (but that shouldn't matter). In general, the code generation plug-ins have no dependencies to the converter plug-ins. I attached a screenshot of the installation details of my local Eclipse -- maybe that helps you.

Thanks, I think I have some problems with internet connection, some
features are blocked from eclipse website I should try another
connection.
