Asalaamu alaykum to you all brothers and sisters. I recently purchased this gem (With the noble Qur'an book), and by the Lord of the Ka'ba! This book has enlightened me more about the Qur'an and the importance we should give to it. For me this book has caused me to review my relationship with the Qur'an. And Alhamdulillah I have benefited so far and I would recommend to the Believing men and women to read it, and create that healthy relationship with the Noble Qur'an. And finally, well done to those who put the effort to translate and publish this gem. JazakAllaah khayr to you all.

The purpose of this study is to provide, based on the verses of the noble Quran, a way of reducing stress and establishing mental tranquility. The study concludes that the noble Quran being a stress deterrent is the best refuge for the pious and one of the best methods for coping with stress after tragedies and disasters. A person's spiritual growth is somewhat guaranteed if he has faith in religion and spirituality, which might bring him peace of mind. To better understand how religion serves as a natural resource during difficult times, more research is required.
My question is that I heard a lecture ; and correct me if im wrong but basically it said that we shouldnt necessairily refer to the Quran as the "Holy Quran" because Allah and His messenger (sws) have never refferred it to it like that ..so my question is what is the ruling on calling it the "holy Quran" or is it better to call it the noble Quran .
