Wanted: 2BHK furnished apartment in Koramangala from Sep 2008

I am looking for a furnished 2 BHK in the Koramangala area for myself
and family.

This should be complete with all white goods, including
airconditioning, fridge, washing machine etc.

I will also require one parking space for my vehicle.

The apartment building should be of high quality, well maintained with
no structural issues, and the flat should be clean and well maintained
as well. This is a critical requirement. Something on a higher floor
(3rd floor or higher) will be preferred. The building should also have
backup power generators and a lift.

The initial lease will be for 3 months beginning Sep 1 2008, and I
will require the option to extend at the end of that period. (Why?
Because I will be working as a senior executive at a well-known firm,
and there is the possibility of a transfer after 3 months).
