Dear Team,

Hope your exams are going /went well. I just wanted to give you a heads-up about the schedule in March. Please block the following dates in your calendar as we need to launch the website on the 14th of March. This is very high priority and will be an awesome learning experience for all of us. Please block your calendars as it would be a period of intense activity. You should of course attend your classes and labs, but a significant amount of time should be dedicated for the start-up.

I will be scheduling a series of conference calls and we can discuss the strategy forward.
