Very Important -- Work Allocation and targets for the next week

Dear Team,

As discussed earlier, we would be really steeping up the ante starting the 10th of March. We plan to launch the website on Sunday, the 13th of March. As a team, it behooves us to come together and get things done so that we can work on the post-launch strategies thereafter. Given below are the targets :

10th March--Meeting at CCD, 10 pm ---Discussing the work done so far in terms of Marketing and Web development. Dhiraj would be sharing his analysis of similar websites. We could use it to our advantage. Work assigned to both teams.

11th March--Meeting at CCD, 10 pm--Presentation of the work done. Will be followed by discussion and editing for the next day. The teams would be given access to the back end database.

12th March--Meeting at CCD, 10 pm-- Presentation of the complete website with proper functionalities and back end control

13th March--Meeting --Final touch up..Launch at midnight and Party thereafter.
