3. As a tenant does the service charge paid includes the cost of paperwork?
The Service fee does not include the cost of paper work.
4. How do I get discount on the service fee?
There are several ways to avail discount on the service fee:

On the first page of the website, the Social Connect Link does not work. Either we should make it work or make it a simple text
3) the facebook and twitter links are not working. It would really help if we could make them functional
