DGEIS Hearing Location Changed

Renovations to Rensselaer City Hall to accomodate the NYS Unified
Court System are behind schedule and the public meeting space work
will not be sufficiently completed to safely hold a public hearing.
The new location is the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Rensselaer at
544 Broadway, Rensselaer, NY. The start time remains 7:00 PM.
In addition to the public hearing on the DGEIS, a concurrent public
hearing was set by the City of Rensselaer Planning Commission on
2/9/09 for a preliminary plat / site plan for a proposed planned
development district (PDD) at the same site under Section VIII of the
city zoning ordinance.
