I got rid of a box of mugs

I liked doing the mug thing at Imago, but kinda felt like I was doing
it by myself.
So, we lasted 2 months. Maybe the next Renovo-Imago green attempt can
last longer.

Right now it's stickers, Has anyone seen them at the different
services? And there should be two rolls. One on a stand with "for
more information" strips of paper and one just loose. One roll with
white background, one roll with clear.

Anyhow I was driving around with a box of mugs in my car.
We were at Evergreen church and they announced in their bulletin that
they wanted mugs for their services at the Lucky Lab and Voila!
Eureka! About 20 mugs I think. They were multiplying as we put them
out on the table.

We left them all their. I still have a small box of mugs in my garage.
And I still have Joann's tablecloth.

And we're still going to Imago.

I've been trying to talk to Imago leaders about phasing out the paper cups. I don't know what's happened to the stickers. I'll have to check with Beth Livingston.

 

We should try to meet before the end of the year to brainstorm about other ideas for Renovo. Would people be interested in getting together. If so, let's kick around some possible dates and times.

 

I'm out of town next week, but my schedule is otherwise pretty open, except for Mondays.

We have an opportunity to participate in this Missional Communities
outreach effort that Clark is organizing:

Advent Conspiracy plans

One way we can get more exposure for the Missional Communities is
through the up coming Relational Investing Fair - December 14
between, during services. This is for ministries that need more
exposure and people. You don’t NEED to be at this thing. But if your
ministry could use this please let me know and plan to develop a
display including literature, signups, etc. (think Ministry Fair from
the past). You should cover about a 3’ square table top (table clothes
will be provided). We’ll be in the Franklin Library and will have
access to set up by about 7:30 (be done by 8:30) on Sunday December
14.

I think it would make more sense to provide a display for this event
and get some new names of interested people before planning another
meeting. Aside from a brief description of Renovo and a signup sheet,
does anyone have other ideas for informational materials?

After getting more names, we could start planning a meeting for early-
mid January. How does this sound?

hey mike, this sounds like a good idea to try and get some more people involved. it sounds like as of right now it would bea rather small meeting so yeah lets put together a little info booth so we can get more people to a meeting.
 
do you know who we talk to about getting a table?
does renovo have any materials at all? or pictures to put up? --zeph
