Hello Rehabbers!

If you like your rehab tours in the before state, full of potential, or if you like to check out the finished home, you are in luck at our next meeting! We’ll be visiting two houses located next to each other on 26th St in Woodland Heights. Des Moines Rehabbers Club members Ryan Francois and Michael Donlin of RallyCap Properties will be hosting us at their new project at 740 26th St and also at their recently finished project at 810 26th St.
