Hi all, with HUGE thanks to Lynn for her leadership!

So rehabbers, here are a few answers:

RE SPECIFICS:

a. Size of space:  We can make a lot of different kinds of space
considerations work.  So I do not have hard and fast space rules, because
sometimes, we can use several "tricks" to make various kinds of spaces work
- ie have audience in one room looking into another room etc etc.  It more
the total package, such as layout, how open the rooms are, etc.  Rule of
thumb: larger vs smaller, rooms opening to each other vs not, etc etc.
Sorry I can't be more specific, but happy to come out and take a look see!

b. Restrooms: at least one indoor toilet would be important, although we
CAN rent portapotties.  Especially if there is a garage in which to place
them so as to avoid bitter cold.

c. Kitchen:  while not a deal breaker, we do tend to offer sweets and cider
at intermission, so some type of kitchen facility would be appreciated.

d. Insurance:  ISE is a non profit and we carry one million liability and
all other insurances needed.

e. OVERALL NEEDS:

Primarily, we seek the following:

Somewhere with electric, tho our light needs are very modest- no "big rig"
lighting involved. And with some for of appropriate climate control.

Somewhere with an adequate supply of relatively near-by on street parking
(off street fine too, of course). But again, we could hire a valet, so this
is not necessarily a deal breaker.

Somewhere where you think a crowd of 30-50 could gather.  Remember, we are
"space wizards" so don't get too hung up on size...

Performances:  To make the numbers work, we typically need access for AT
LEAST 5 evenings of being open to the public, but that is very tight.  Much
better to have at least 10 evenings or so.

PLUS REHEARSAL TIME: This is important:  We MUST have Somewhere where even
while the public is not present, where our theatre team of about 12 can go
in regularly (evenings or weekends, but mostly evenings) to rehearse.  We
