Hi All,
My current employer, Practice Fusion, is looking for a Senior Rails/Ruby Dev. If anyone is interested let me know.
The main office is in SF - and they'd love for any new hires to work there. That said, I work remotely most of the time now (from my Reno home), only going into SF office for occasional visit.
This is great opportunity if you want to get into the start-up scene of silicon valley without fully committing to relocating there. We have a team of about 10 people, 3-4 Ruby/Rails people. We are building out the companies vision of consumer/patient oriented offerings with OSS - our stack contains, but is not limited to: Rails/Ruby/Mongo/MSSQL/MySQL/AWS/Angular/CentOS. The people on the team are all an amazing crew of clear-headed, gentle spirits who work crazy hard to get things built.
It's also nice to be working on a product that does some good for people.
Much of the SOA work we are doing feels very trail-blazing. There are not a lot of standard practices so we creating our own standards and practices as we mold Rails to what we need.
