The Reno Bike Project will be hosting Winter Riding Workshops on
December 2nd and December 16th. The teacher will be local cyclist and
Dan's Night instructor Daniel Ruby.
The first workshop will be at
RBP on December 2nd from 5-7 pm. The second workshop will be at
AACT on December 16th from 5-7 pm.
Topics covered in this workshop will be winter riding skills, dressing for the cold, homemade fenders, maintenance and studding tires.
Suggested donation of old bicycles or $10.
Participants will receive a voucher good for a 10% discount on winter riding gear and accessories.
Please respond with questions and or confirmation as each workshop is limited to 12 participants.
We
encourage you to ride your bike year round no matter what the
conditions! We look forward to helping you gain the knowledge and
confidence you need to continue riding through the winter.
