to Energy Task Force - CGE, Bea Echeverria
I wanted to share my experience and view on food waste and energy in Evanston.  This task force has long considered efficiencies, and have championed statewide renewables programs.  We were the first to propose wind turbines on the lake!  CAE just enjoyed their first workshop on zero waste with the city.  So I figured it was time to consider how the intersection of these issues in anaerobic digestion technology would impact Evanston.  Please visit the link below for my paper on the topic.  I'm happy to share my numbers, estimates and sources on request.
