To the Safe Routes to Schools Task Force and other Northfielders,
I recently learned about the following event organized by the Minn. Dept. of Health:
It follows the "do.walk do.bike" conference at the U, Sept. 1-2, which I'm planning on attending. I don't think I can attend both events but thought some of you might be interested. They want teams of people from each community:

It follows the "do.walk do.bike" conference at the U, Sept. 1-2, which I'm planning on attending. I don't think I can attend both events but thought some of you might be interested. They want teams of people from each community:
We require that you attend as a team of community members. Each team must have at least one public health or tribal health professional
and one planning professional. The added participation of an elected official, business leader, school
administrator and/or citizen advocate will be even more useful to you.
