A lot of work load, I don't think I have enough time =_=!!!

Agreed! Lot of work is needed, but I also think most of the work done on the JB porting (Kernel, HALs, etc) could be reused...

I don't know. No much idea for Tizen.
I know there is a lot of open sourced mobile OS is developing include Android, Ubuntu, firfoxOS and Tizen
Which one do you think is better? I think Ubuntu should be intresting becuase it is something different,

I also believe in ubuntu as the best choice, because of it´s repositories and broader software choice, as an PC replacement.

Yeah, ubuntu would be definitely be an interesting one, in particular if joint to an hdmi stick (I think it's more like a desktop OS, rather than a tablet one):

Sure, Ubuntu OS + HDMI stick will be a good solution as a portable desktop host.
But for this purpose, ChromeOS is also a good choice.
