A8X Basic

 Any chances to get the source code for A8X Basic ? Some time has passed and I'm sure there's no secrets in there anymore. It would help a lot. The schematics also helped but I still have some reverse engineering on the binary to do I think.
 The alternative would be for someone who knows electronics to help me as I'm not really good at writing code using a HW schematic.

Almost no chance to get source code, I can not find the engineer now.

I will try to contact hw engineer Mike.Tang for schematics, but don't be too optimistic

 Thanks Liu. The schematics were already uploaded and they're pretty useful. I think you helped Fabio get them. Unfortunately as I said I'm not that good at coding following the schematics but I will try.

 There is one thing I've always wondered about Liu, maybe you have an idea. Why are Chinese companies so afraid to give the source code even after the product is obsolete or even dead ? It's not like the competition has any use for it then.

 Sorry to hear that. The A8X basic HW is not bad IMO but the software is which I think explains why it failed.

Actually they have only one engineer to develop the software most time, then it fails.

If we can get the schematics, it's possible to merge it into our open source project.
