Hi,

I would like to install the latest build. Is it stable? What exactly do I need to install it? I remember from years ago there were a bunch of different files pieced together. Thanks!

Hi. Latest build is stable enough for everyday use. I normally use it. Just camera is not working.
Follow the README file and let us know if you have troubles.

What is the detailed output you read under Settings -> Phone Info -> Kernel-version and Version?
If it's either one of these (compare pictures):

Yes - "eng.hengai.20111105.153924" identifies one of these, which our JB build can be applied upon.

and follow one of the methods mentioned in "Rooting.TXT". I used METHOD #3.
