What if I don't have anything to exchange?
The value of goods and labor is completely subjective. Whatever a person's level of abilities, wealth, and current skills are they likely have something to offer. Your time, skills, labor, art, ideas - these can all generate value. By increasing our own abilities, thoughts and talents we can elevate our abilities to exchange, share and provide reciprocal labor.
What if I feel pressured to accept an item/service in exchange for my offer?
The exchange should be canceled. The barter market is in balance when each individual benefits from the exchange. No conflict, no offense, no manipulation.

Hello,
I enjoy cooking, sewing (pillows, repairs and simple projects) and foraging edible plants. I can organize and clean - also make my own cleaning products. I don't have specific wares I'd like to offer at the moment, but I frequently come across vintage clothing, cookware, glass vessels and strange books.
I am occasionally in need of: fresh produce, local eggs, seeds, sprouts, soaps & balms, haircuts, zipper & leather repair.
