Strange blue hatchback

Tonight around 11:30, i observed a blue hatchback vehicle heading
North down 202nd, then it headed back South down 201st (behind me at
that point). This was strange to me because that's a circular
pattern. It just seemed out of place, so instead of heading home, i
proceeded to and stopped at the park, then followed the car from a
distance. It became very clear very soon that the vehicle did not
belong in the neighborhood and that they did not know their way around
the neighborhood. They went all over the neighborhood as far back as
206th in phase 2, and then headed back to the North end of Phase 1
where i believe they exited. I clearly made them uncomfortable and it
appears they left but be on the lookout. Could be nothing, but my
instincts tell me otherwise.

Thanks for the heads up on this vehicle. I'll keep my eyes out for
it. We live in the cul-de-sac on 31st Place, by the pond-2nd entrance
to neighborhood. (phase III-maybe) Anyways...people are always coming
down the road to turn around. I guess they think they can get through
to the rest of the neighborhood. The 'pot growing' house is opposite
end of the street from us. Before they discovered it this summer, I
was walking the neighborhood with my son and thought it was odd that
they had the 2 front windows open about 8 inches in the middle of the
summer. (I thought-not good on the AC bill) Another day a black
truck was also parked in the drive with someone just sitting in there
with the vehicle running. I got that strange instinctual feeling that
something wasn't right. So when the police finally busted the house,
I was surprised to a point but it also confirmed my instincts.

Are neighborhood watch signs in our near future?
