to Renaissance Park Neighborhood Watch
Summer is quickly approaching. It’s time to crawl out of our
hibernation and get to know the faces of the neighborhood. You at
least remember what your neighbors look like, right? Well, let’s hope
so!
In order to get us all reconnected, the Annual Renassaince
Neighborhood Block Party is just around the corner. The plans are in
the making for this one to turn out to be the best yet, so you’re not
going to want to miss out.
With the opening day of the pool on May 28th, we thought we’d kick
summer off the right way. In addition to the usual free food and
entertainment, we’re hosting a silent auction featuring the many
talents of small business owners in our neighborhood. All proceeds
from the auction will be donated to help fund projects that improve
Renaissance Park even more (i.e. track/park lighting, neighborhood
watch signs, neighborhood garage sale signs, etc).
Silent Auction Participants:

In addition to the Silent Auction, we will be hosting our first ever
PIE EATING CONTEST! Bets will be placed for the contestant you think
will throw down that pie the fastest. Each bet is only $1, so bring
your wads of cash and get ready for some laughs. Winning bets will be
entered in a drawing for a gift card.
We sure hope to see you there! Here’s the schedule of events...
