Good evening,
I am re-sending the memo sent last week about Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta beginning at midnight tonight as Riverside County's newest STEMI Receiving Center. Please remember that they will also be our first STEMI Receiving Center that is not also a Base Hospital. If you identify a possible STEMI in the field and LLUMC-M is your closest STEMI Receiving Center, your Base Hospital is Riverside Community Hospital. You will transmit your ECG to Riverside Community Hospital who will transmit it to LLUMC Murrieta and give them a call to give details such as an ETA.
Also please be aware that both LLUMC in Loma Linda and LLUMC - M in Murrieta are both STEMI Receiving Centers in Riverside County. Please make sure that you specify which LLUMC you are transporting to so that the correct one is notified by Riverside Community Hospital.
