Please note the updates to the FDA's drug shortage index below. What is important to us is that Hospira updated on 10/4/13 with manufacturing delays to all of the following:

 

Atropine
Calcium
Dextrose
Epinephrine
Fentanyl
Lidocaine
Lorazepam
Mag Sulfate
Morphine
Ondansetron

 

If Hospira is part of your supply chain you may wish to inquire about the availability of these medications, take appropriate action, and share what further information is available.
