as far as i know that is a gimmick to make us take possession...if the
apartment itself is in need of critical repairs and the entire place
is in middle of nowhere...who will like to stay there..

tell me one good advantage of renting in that place...

JLT is much nearer to abu dhabi than this place...

i am trying to remain positive but cannot find a good reason..i have
