I have an issue that some complaints is resolved & the complaint border mention in their term and condition that the only user who posts the complaint can remove it but still resolved is written. I request to remove the complaint but no responses.

kind of platform also provides a good opportunity to competitors and haters to post anything and affects the brand name I request to remove complains whos users are not active and don't want to connect to resolve the issue.
