First of all it makes it clear that it is a profitable site which makes it less commendable.  To ensure that customers who submit reviews are genuine, they should ask for proof that the customer has used the services of the concerned company.  I feel it is imperative that people know which company gives good service and which don't.  Moreover I don't understand the motive behind the non-removal of the post even if the customer has posted it mistakenly.
