on my mac this app is pretty laggy. do you guys have a solution?

This usually indicates a problem with your wireless connection, not
with the application itself.

If there is a big packet loss, it can make the application "laggy".
Try using ethernet cables or moving the AP to another place. Also, try
to identify possible sources of radio interference (microwaves, walkie
talkies, etc.).
