Hi! how can I to configure into the config file to shipt vhf and uhf
repeater
-600 or -7.6 in european range frecuency

For more detail please see documentation 3.1.2.3 Band Specific Settings

e.g. set 2m to 1MHz offset

in the [RADIO] section ...

BAND=2, FMOFFSET=1000

Note +/- is set via the Webxcvr client.

e.g. set 70cm to 6MHz offset

BAND=70, FMOFFSET=6000

Hi Stan
While on the subject can someone explain how the IRBHost software
looks after SSB Simplex FM and FM repeaters on 2 meters and other
bands?
Does the software automaticly know the difference between a simplex
frequency and a repeater frequency?
When I move from a repeater at 146.85 to 144.200 do I have to manually
change mode?

The software is dumb. You need to make that change with the Webxcvr user interface to go from +offset, - offset and simplex frequency configurations
