Session stays active after closing RemoteTool App

Hi, after using the app and closing it the session in which the app was used stays active and therefore I cannot enforce policy of disconnected users to logoff this session. Any ideas why the session is active, even after closing the programme? After closing session through task manager session on user pc says that remotetool seesion was closed by admin. I know there must be some other programme that prevents it from properly disconnecting the session, but I can't figure out which one or why.

That is not a problem with the remote app to but with Microsoft's RDP OR the app you set up. When the app is closed, the season should move to a disconnected state by default. You can configure this via gpo to close shortly after disconnect.

If it is staying active, it is a problem with the specific app. You can confirm this but using a simple app like notepad which when closed will put the remote app session into a disconnected state.
