ADPCM 1.1.4 available

With help from a lot of you, this version of ADPCM which lets you replace clips
in a sound file seems to be ready for prime time.

Look at the web page for some release notes and hints about getting
a sound file that can be inserted successfully.

Sound files are a mystery unto themselves but I have a short set of steps
using Audacity and sox that seems to work. There are probably many other
schemes that will get a sound into the correct format (IMA-ADPCM).

Post questions and comments to this mailing list and we will see where we get.
