ADPCM Playing Sound Files v1.2.1 available

Version 1.2.1 of my sound file editing program, ADPCM, is available on my web page:

I think that I have finally figured out how to decode of the data byte to learn the sample
rate of the clip. I describe it on my web page and this version of ADPCM encapsulates
the algorithm.
