Wow! what can I say. Really interesting info shared Stephen Covey and
the principals he has in place for a leadership model - Leadership is
a choice not a position! Leadership is communicating people's worth &
potential. It was really shown with the 2 students from AB Coombs they
spoke as true leaders fantastic role models to others. Love the fact
they interview teachers for their jobs at the school excellent idea,
should be more of it :)
