A couple of weeks ago, I installed .202 on an old Dell Latitude D420 using the "INSTALL=1" bootflag. FWIW, I'm using an ext4 filesystem.

I see that the system has downloaded the .205 OTA upgrade, but even after rebooting, the system still says it is running .202. Is there anything I can do, short of reinstalling everything, to get the .205 upgrade to complete? Or, if I do have to reinstall everything, what steps can I take so that the next OTA upgrade *will* work?

Thanks...

I'm guessing at some point you were given the option of mounting /system read write.
If you choose no, OTA should work.

In order to 'fix' the current installation, delete the system folder and copy over the system.img from inside the .exe

Check to see if the install is in an android-SomeDateHere folder. If so remove all the contains to the root of the drive it is installed on. OTA should now work.
