How to install RemixOS as a single primary OS

Hi:

I have been looking around but can't find a good way to install RemixOS as a stand alone OS, I don't want to dual boot just have Remix OS as the primary OS.

load the iso on a USB flash, insert and reboot.

when loading press TAB key,  write INSTALL=1  and press enter.

then continue installing, format ext4, grub yes, grub2 no ....
