OS Stuck in Portrait mode

Well, this is basically what the title says.

I installed the Remix OS on a "7 WinBook which is basically a Chinese tablet rebranded for Micromax store in the US.

It has Atom z3735d processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and all the usual stuff.

the tablet's "Native" state is portrait, and so the bootloader screen and the bios (all in portrait), so I get why Remix OS would first show up in portrait mode, but it appears that it doesn't recognize the accelerometer of this tablet, so I'm basically stuck in portrait mode, which kinda sucks... 

I tried several "Rotation changing" apps from the PlayStore but none of them seem to be working. I tried to launch games that usually force landscape on any machine but it seems that this OS just persists on staying portrait. 

Any ideas of how I can fix this and switch to landscape mode would be appreciated.

• Press F12 two times in less than 2 seconds = Rotate 90º to the LEFT.
• Press F11  two times in less than 2 seconds = Rotate 90º to the RiGHT.
• Press F10 two times in less than 2 seconds = Rotate 180º.
• Press F9   two times in less than 2 seconds = Normal view 0/360º

Thank you very much, this is a very clever solution.

However, it seems like none of the Android x86 project keyboard shortcuts are working on Remix OS ^_^;

Any word from the Remix OS Team?

I can also add that I connected the tablet to a screen before booting up, and it appeared just fine on the big screen. 

However, the tablet's touch screen was still functioning (while being completely shut off) and I could confirm that it still thinks that it's in portrait mode.

The tablet's screen wouldn't turn on until I rebooted, BTW.

What installer did you use?  I've been trying to get it to work, but it doesn't go.
