Hey, after installing it, the boot got stuck at data partition checking and shows A N D R O I D root@remix_x86_64. Any idea what to do? Anyone faced this issue? Thanks in advance.

Same think here.

I have an Acer Travelmate 2420 with intel graphics and 2 gig of ram. Laptop works fine with various android distros.

Any idea?

I'm in the same boat.  Install went great - boots great - but stops at the root@remix_x86:# command prompt.  I'm able to navigate files and directories, etc - but cannot get a GUI interface.

This is a indication that you rooted your Remix OS. If it's not booting, you probably failed to root it correctly. A non-rooted Remix OS will only state "A N D R O I D"

initrd.img

is the new method to keep system.img read-only and you need a modded IMG to obtain root.

No root attempted.  This is a fresh install downloaded from their website this morning.  32bit version.

Interesting, something must be erroring internally. I'm surprised there isn't a debug startup option.

Same here, for me it was working on 2.0.102, got the problem when updating to 2.0.202, seems like a fail in that version

Installing with unetbootin doesn't change the problem :(

Try to add nouveau.modeset=0 i915.modeset=1(force it to use integrated graphics) to menu.lst file under kernel.

Dwnlded the latest version of the OS

Created a FAT32 16GB folder

Installed the OS

Rebooted

Stuck on ANDROID remix......... #

cant find a fix
