Both, but it cannot make use of the 64bit enviroment, but it will work:

Since Remix is based on Android x86, at the moment it only runs on 64-bit computers

Android x86 only on 64bit? Can't be true. x86 architecture is a 32bit environment IMHO. x64 or x86-64 is the 64bit architecture.

It requires a 64bit CPU... It will not run on 32bits, the Linux kernel this uses does not support 32bits at all.

Remix OS is for everyone, for free

Moreover, Remix OS 2.0 is not restricted to just Jide’s own hardware such as Remix Mini. The OS will be available for everyone to download for free. This means that you can download and install it on any computer.

Remix OS 2.0 supports 32 bit architecture so you can revive your old computer with it.

Lets hope that will will be truth soon:)

I believe Remix OS 2.0 and Remix OS for PC are 2 different products. Remix OS 2.0 is meant to run on Remix Mini and possibly their tablet while Remix OS for PC is meant to run on flash drives

That is my Problem! it's not open logo of Remix OS.

I did get the download of release_Remix_OS_for_PC_32_B2016020101_Alpha_Legacy ( [url]http://remix.jide.com/6[/url] ). using 298GB HDD external and 8gb USB-Stick 2.0.

It's still not open logo of REMIX OS and while wait for 1 hour... :( :( :(

I have had Remix beat working on a (32-bit) Lenovo Thinkpad T60, manufactured 2007.
It has run as USB and as dual boot with Windows 7.
Also, you can burn the ISO to a DVD and boot it as a live DVD, but it is a bit slow. Cheaper than a USB stick, however.

It would be nice to see an installer in the live CD, just as with many Linux distros.
