Jide setup wizard isn't responding

Like the title said, after setting up my language and wifi, I was greeted with a black screen and the option wait or close because my jide setup wizard ian't responding

Same for me. Everything is horrible slow and after language selection nothing happends or the installer asks to wait because its not responding or it just reboots to language selection and so on...

I have also the same problem in GUEST mode or in RESIDENT mode.

Everything is very slow and it seems like the system is freezed. I'm running RemixOS on an Asus K50C.

I add that once the OS is running, cannot change the screen resolution, the graphic card is a SIS671/771.

Guest mode is working for me. Am i able to instal from guest mode somehow ?

I solved the issue. With the RemixOS USB tool included in the zip package i was able to install the OS into my SSD and share it with Windows7. Now the problem is resolution, i would like to set 1366*768 but it seems when on boot i do vga=ask, the resolution is not present in the list. I will open another incident for this because i solved the "freeze" during the wizard.

If the USB is not 3.0 the slowness of the system should be normal meanwhile if RemixOS is installed on the hard disk...is really fast!

Nothing like this, I'm using ssd and it's no use, same error like from usb flash installed way and shared with windows 7 in both guest and resident modes all the same thing. Guess jide was a bit rushed releasing with android N version of RemixOS, so we need to wait for another update. P.S. this one is v3.0.101 released at 26 July 2016.

Btw my experimental is HP pavilion dv6t-1300 and it was working perfectly with previous OS, however, until last two updates - 2.0.402+, where they added more wifi adapters support and mine just stopped working.

There is a simple way to fix that just when u open remix os on the first box that appears find advanced settings and click the check box near it then make sure to give it maximum ram maximum CPU cores and choose the lowest resolution after that if Jedi setup not responding comes up just click on wait and wait if it comes again click wait again do this for like 5 mins and it will work
