Installing games or apps with obb on RemixOS

I don't know if anyone have tried it but I was looking for a way to install apps or games with obb into RemixOS.

Under normal circumstances on Android, after installing the apk, you copy the obb file / files to /android/obb.

But I cant find this on RemixOS. Anyone help would be much appreciated and to all who are in similar problem like me.

Go to filemanager then android create a folder name it as obb. Put your obb file there. Install apk then thats is

does it actually work? if so please provide the correct full paths (starting with the root directory "/"), preferably screenshot from file manager showing the full path location text so i know EXACTLY what folders to go to and what folders i need to create and where i need to create then

Simple steps:

1 - Open your preferred file manager

2 - Go to phone storage ( The Downloads folder will be there )

3 - Go to "Android" folder

4 - There normally be a "data" folder and a "obb" folder, If "obb" folder don't exist, create a folder called "obb"

Done! Just move all obb files to the new folder :]

I have tried doing so but the games didn't play, just don't know why its not working, I have been playing games with obb files on android devices before I just do not why it's not working on remix os

  Has anyone here managed to run heavy games with APK + OBB on RemixOS? I tried but it didn’t work properly. I also found some tips on APK + OBB setup guide that looked useful, but I’d still like to know if anyone here got it working smoothly?

  Yeah, I faced the same issue at first. The key is creating the ‘obb’ folder manually inside the Android directory, then moving the files there before installing the APK. After doing that, most of my games started running fine on RemixOS.

  In my case, I had to restart RemixOS after copying the obb files, otherwise the game wouldn’t load. So if it still doesn’t work, try rebooting once and then launch the game again.

Sometimes the obb path doesn’t show up right away. I had to create the folder, install the apk first, and only then paste the obb file — otherwise the game kept crashing.
