Remix mini RM1G bricked after update

I have a remix mini that is totally unresponsive, only giving a black screen. The only response i get is if I use PhoenixSuit to flash with factory_image_rm1g_B2016110301-secure.img.
then it runs up to 54% and stops telling me it was unsuccessful. I suspect it may be the image is corrupt but I cannot find another place to download it. adb do not even see it.
