First of all sorry for my english.

I have installed Remix Os on my usb stick and it works perfectly.

Now
I need to root the system, so I am trying to access to remixos files on Windows 8, but I see only one of the partitions.

I tried to assign a drive letter to the partition but it always fails, how  can I fix that?

Please help me. TIA

What file system? If using ext2, ext3 or ext4 you could try Ext2Fsd  http://goo.gl/g2Pbpi

Windows can only see the first partition; and besides it can't natively read the other partions anyway [they are in ext4 format]
Which vetsion are you running? X86 or x86_64...

Systemless-root would be easier to do with this usb setup; I can walk you through depending on version.

Relevent xda thread

As per that thread.
1. Replace ramdisk.img with 205 version  or 402 version
2. Boot into RemixOS
3. Download su.img
4. Press ALT&F1 [you might need to open settings => experimental features => enable alt&f1]
5. Enter cp /data/media/0/Download/su.img /data/su.img
6. Reboot
