it's not an error, it's a warning that can be ignored

Then it gets to another point, and then dies out saying it can't allocate drive space.

Has this been tested Virtual Box, and on a Windows 7 box by anyone else than me?

Do you think it's a reason the thing just hangs on the Remix OS screen? Maybe we should just wait for an update and try again?

Found out what needs to happen for virtualbox install, so might work for hard-drive as well.

You also need to format the drive NOT using gpt, and set the partition as bootable.

Thanks for the link. Everything running perfect here. But that message was bothering me since updating to beta.

What command do you put in to "ignore" the warning?  Confused...

There isn't any command... just pretend you didn't see it

Hmmm... well the issue is I can't ignore it as the Remix OS fails to continue booting at this point.  I just hangs there with the following message noted above. If I CTRL+ALT+DEL, I can get back to the choose the OS to boot screen.

Well, your issue is nothing to with "FAILED TO FIND CPU0 DEVICE NODE" as that is just saying that one of the thinks that the kernel is compiled for isn't there, and as it's a generic kernel to work on numerous different cpus this is to be expected.

To find your actual issue, try removing the 'quiet' from the grub command and see what's displayed.

That's because Windows use hardware clock as local time while Remix OS use hardware clock as UTC time. You can make Windows use hardware clock as UTC time with a registry tweak, read it here, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/time#UTC_in_Windows. Make sure that your Windows system is 32bit or 64bit before you create that registry entry, so you add the right one.

That makes sense. I thought it was that wasnt sure but i moved on for now using Ubuntu 16.04. Remix OS now blinks the lock key light then shuts off randomly, Windows and Ubuntu work without issue though.

Wait for about 2 minutes (120 seconds) after you see this, it takes a while for it to move forwards.
