we have a debug param, trace_api_calls, that is supposed to show all the
external URLs loaded. it is
not on for cloud stuff (json & mp3 pulldown from EN platform content) , we
need to turn that on

TRACE_API_CALLS is a parameter in pyechonest and beta_pyechonest, not
remix, where cloud.py lives, which is
why this wasn't implemented.

Do you want TRACE_API_CALLS to be a configurable parameter in remix, too?

cloud.py no longer exists, and JSON retrieval is handled by pyechonest.
