Remix 1.4 released

loyal Echo Nest Remix users,

A new release of Remix is here! It's been a while since the last release, and this one contains a number of bug fixes and small improvements. And most significantly, we've included a much newer Mac OSX build of ffmpeg. (The one we had been shipping was several years old and didn't support .flv files.) Installers are available as usual for Windows, Mac OSX 10.5 and 10.6. Get at me with any bugs or questions.

The installer says that for OSX the examples will be installed in

/usr/share/local

but they're really installed in

/usr/local/share
