Reminderfox updated! New version 2.1.5.3
Remote Servers -- Subscription to Public Calendars
With recent Firefox version users had problems with Remote Server
connections -- the mode to send/receive the reminder data using
http/https/ftp protocol, and also with public calendars like "
Pittsburgh Steelers iCal Schedule". This was a problem with some Firefox code
change.
The new Reminderfox version has fixed that.
Remote Calendars
To have reminders used with Reminderfox also at hand with e.g. mobile
devices, Reminderfox supports the industry standard for exchange (CalDAV).
Unfortunately we have had problems in combination with the Reminderfox
Alarms handling. Also this was fixed with the help of some brave users,
special thanks goes to Colin. And again, the new version has fixed that
as well.
Important notice -- Extension signing
Firefox starting with Vers.43 needs to have all extensions signed!
The official Reminderfox extension is signed.
Users of Thunderbird don't have any limitation here!
