Ok i tried fixing problems 4 times and reinstalled alot. it still wont work. i type ion local host and says localhost was not set up to establish with www.
and i even did the error message fix and register global fix and it still doesnt work. and last but not least i tried to manual start apache and said it was unable to bind too 0.0.0.0. what does this mean?

Existen mltiples formas de levantar Apache en un servidor local pero en mi caso utilic AppServ, la herramienta que utilices afectar la explicacin del curso ya que los directorios de los archivos que hay que configurar cambian, sin embargo con algo de tiempo dedicado te servir esta gua slo necesitars identificar los directorios los cuales no cambian mucho. Puede que esta gua te resulte muy larga o compleja pero te aseguro que no es as, en realidad es muy fcil habilitar ssl slo que est muy detallada para que resulte ms fcil entender el proceso.
